lake effect

Long long ago, when I first came to south bend, I went to the South Bend Chocolate Cafe with a lovely person and ordered a "Lake Effect Mocha." I thought this was a charming way to deal with lake effect snow - rename the white chocolate mocha "lake effect." However as it has been two months of lake effect snow this calendar year, continuing and ever continuing as I write, I no longer find it at all charming.
